VERIFIED COMMUNICATION INFRASTRUCTURE01 — 06

Communication
you can trust.

Verified communication between organisations and the people they serve.

An authentic sender. A known recipient. A private message.EST. IN AUSTRALIA

A message can look official. That does not make it authentic.

Email addresses can be imitated. Text messages can appear in familiar threads. The burden of deciding what is real often falls on the person receiving the message.

For important communications, that uncertainty is a poor foundation.

01 / Sender identity02 / Recipient identity03 / Message integrity

Three checks before a message arrives.

zendtru is being designed around approved organisations, verified people, and connections accepted by both sides.

01

Organisation approval

Each organisation goes through a manual review before it can communicate through zendtru.

02

Customer identity

Customers would verify their identity with the Australian Government's myID through the Digital ID system.

03

Mutual connection

The organisation and customer approve the relationship. Only then can encrypted messages be delivered between them.

The infrastructure should know where a message goes. Not what it says.

DESIGN PRINCIPLE / 001

Message bodies are encrypted by the organisation for the customer's device. zendtru routes them but cannot read their contents. Organisation private keys and customer device keys remain at their respective ends.

Our security approach

For the moments when the sender matters.

Important notices cross every essential service. zendtru is intended for organisations whose customers need confidence in where a communication came from.
